Welcome to my website. This website has been created to introduce myself and to tell you about the services I offer. From my experience, there are more and more entrepreneurs out there who run a business from home and do not wish to have a full-time secretary/typist. My name is Annelene. I initially started the business on a part-time basis whilst working in full-time employment, and did so for a number of years. I recognised my talent, improved on it, and started creating my own income. It took a while before I began to reap the benefits, but I persevered! I advertised, spread the word, and always endeavour to produce quality work.
I’ve done audio typing now for 25 years AND LOVE IT! Three years ago I resigned from my full-time employment and have since been working from home. I love computers and try to keep up with new software packages and learn by self-training. WHAT A CHALLENGE! My clients consist of professional people i.e. consultants in various fields, a loss adjuster and an industrial psychologist, to mention a few. References are available on request.
I have an audio transcribing software programme (Express Scribe) which enables me to receive audio files (e.g. .dss and .wav files) via e-mail then I download the file for transcription and e-mail the document/s back to the client, and voila!
