My work experience began as an audio/dictaphone typist, and I later held the position of examinations manager for a professional (educational) institute.
Thereafter, I was employed by a large firm of insurance brokers as word processor operator, then as personal assistant to the M.D., and thereafter as supervisor of the word processing department of this company.
After relocating, I was employed as managing agent in the property sphere (sectional title complexes / homeowners associations).
Over the years, whilst in full-time employment, I offered transcription services from home on a part-time basis (after hours and weekends). As the demand for my services increased, I found it necessary to resign from my full-time employment....and have never looked back.
A number of professionals in various disciplines are using my services on a daily/regular basis, as well as a number of students, especially MBA students on an annual basis. References are available on request.
